Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Terra Insurance Services is a fast-growing independent insurance agency seeking a licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment, values accuracy, and enjoys building lasting relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day client service needs, including policy changes, renewals, endorsements, billing inquiries, and claims assistance
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Review and process policy documents, ID cards, certificates, and other client requests promptly and accurately
Maintain detailed records in EZLynx (or similar agency management system)
Communicate with carriers to ensure timely resolution of service issues
Requirements:
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
Minimum 1 year of personal lines insurance experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with agency management systems
Requirements
P&C License, Excellent Telephone Skills, Computer Proficiency
