Your new role
As an Intermediate Accountant, you'll work closely with a range of ambitious and fast-growing clients, providing hands-on accounting and advisory services that make a real impact. You'll be involved in:

• Preparing financial statements and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and SMSFs
• Assisting with business advisory projects and client strategy sessions
• Collaborating with partners and senior staff on complex client matters
• Using Xero and other cloud-based tools to deliver efficient, tech-enabled solutions
• Building strong client relationships through direct communication and proactive support

What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• 2-4 years of experience in public practice accounting in Australia
• A degree in Accounting or Commerce (CA/CPA studies underway or planned)
• Strong technical knowledge of tax and compliance
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
• Experience with Xero (or a strong willingness to learn)
